Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging to expedite the process.
